Exercise session


EXERCISE SESSION                 
 To be able to keep in good health; one should ensures that he or she takes the right foods or diet; to be able to acquire nutrients that his or her body needs.
He or she should also have a right amount of sleep, rest or relaxation. This is an important thing to be able for the mind and the body to acquire adequate rest and relaxation from the day-to-day activities that an individual is in too.
Another thing is that he or she must have a proper exercise to keep his or her body in good shape and condition.
These three namely; right diet, right amount of rest and relation, and proper regular exercise are the basic things to be considered in order for an individual to be physically fit or healthy.
There are different parts of basic exercise session. These parts are the warm-up, the aerobic phase, the cool-down and the strength-training phase. These different phase of exercises have different activities and purposes.
The warm-up spends about two minutes to five minutes. These are only light activities such as jumping jacks, walking or stretching.
This exercise is usually done to be able for the muscles to get ready for a more intense exercise that will take place ahead. With the warm-up exercise, the different muscles in the body are being conditioned to be ready for the more heavy activities or exercise.
The aerobics exercises are considered as the main activity in the basic exercise session. These can be done within fifteen to twenty minutes. There are some endurance activities that could be included in these exercises such as the fast walking, the jumping rope, the running or by participating in the other endurance
activities provided that the activities have endurance components.
The Cool-down exercises are performed to be able for the body to get back to the original or slower rhythm. These activities are such things like walking slowly, or taking some flexibility exercises for the different parts of the body such as the calves, the thighs, the lower back and the upper body. These exercises can be done for at least five minutes. The cool-down exercises allows your muscles to relax slowly as these exercises serves as transitions from fast endurance going to slower one.
The strength-training phase exercises are exercise that can increase strength as well as power to the different muscles of the body. These exercises can be done after the cool-down exercises.
